Training Approach
The sessions vary depending on the fitness level of each of my clients. A typical session consists of ten minutes of cardio or a stretch. The rest of the workout basically consists of calisthenics, plyometrics and resistance training excercises. I assess my cleints every two weeks to monitor their progress and I continually up the volume on their training intensity in order to keep things fresh and challenging.
