Some of the things you might want to avoid to feel your best are canned foods, processed foods, anything that contains trans fats, which is called partially hydrogenated oil on a label. You definitely want to limit your intake of salt. And again you can do this by eating more fresh and unprocessed foods. You'll definitely feel less bloated because you're not retaining as much fluid from all the salt and preservatives. If you been living off of pizza all day, and all of a sudden you start eating a well balanced diet, your energy level and - and the way you feel should be pretty immediate, within a couple of days.
