So back to grade school nutrition is fruits, vegetables, essential fats, fatty fishes, plenty of water and just a good balance.
Many antioxidants are found in different fruits but specifically berries, the darker or the deeper in color the fruits and vegetables the more antioxidants and vitamins they contain. So definitely look for vegetables and fruits that are bright, colorful û the more colorful your diet the healthier ûthe more vitamins you're probably going to get. The antioxidants help protect your cells from free radials, from bad things to getting into your cells and just overall health.
