Is there a time of day that is better for working out? Does it even matter?

There's been several articles in magazines, claiming that there is a better time to be exercising; however if there is a better time then everyone probably would be exercising at that time. There truly is no better time. The time to exercise is when you have the availability to exercise. And so we want to include as many people as possible to promote physical activity, to engage in it, to take advantage of the benefits. And so, if it's at midnight, and that's the time you have for exercising, then its midnight. If its 6:00 in the morning, because that's the time you have to exercise, then its 6:00 in the morning. There is no really good time or bad time to exercise unless somehow you just don't feel like you really want to engage in it. So there is no best time to exercise - whenever you have the time for it, and there is a spot for it, that's the time that you should be exercising.
