How many times a week do I need to lift weights to see results?

Depends on the goals. Ideally you should be going at least twice a week if you want to see results. A lot of people can maintain their fitness with less time to the gym. These are people that are working out doing cardio but if you want to see results you really need minimal of two days a week in a physical gym. But that's not to say that you're not lifting weights and doing other things -- but you need to hit the weights twice a week.
