Does it matter if I don't eat all day and save up my calories for dinner?

Video Transcription:
You need to eat breakfast. This is going to give your metabolism a jump start. By eating every 2 û 3 hours it's going to encourage your body to burn more calories throughout the day. When you don't eat all day and you have a huge meal at night, it does encourage your body to store most of those calories. Your body kind of goes into this feast or famine mode and your metabolism, which is the rate your body burns calories, slows down. Most of those calories that you eat at night will be stored as fat and not used up the same way they would be used up during the day.
