This is the Privacy Statement of www.PhysicalFitnet.com (the “Web Site”), a website owned and operated by Physical Fitnet LLC (interchangeably “we”, “us”, or “PhysicalFitnet”). We understand that our members and Web site visitors are concerned about the privacy of information. We have established policies and procedures concerning the collection, use and security of your information that will help protect your privacy. What information do we collect from our Web site visitors?

For each visitor to our Web site, our Web server collects:

Cookies & IP Addresses. Cookies are data files that websites store on your computer's hard drive. Cookies allow PhysicalFitnet to analyze site use, target ads, store your preferences/passwords (if you've registered) and personalize your experience (including tracking your site use to do so). Your access provider assigns an IP address to your computer when you use the Internet. We log each IP address that accesses the site, along with referring/destination URLs. We collect aggregate information on what pages consumers access or visit. Email.You may provide your e-mail address if communicate with us via e-mail if you register. We will store this data and may use it for marketing purposes. We may treat it as part of your registration/member data. We collect the e-mail addresses of visitors to our Web site when visitors provide them, the e-mail addresses of those who communicate with us via e-mail, and information volunteered by the visitor, such as survey information, contract information and/or site registrations. You can watch videos and partake in certain activities on and through the Web Site without registering. However, certain other activities like embedding, uploading or copying videos in your own website using VideoShare, re-arranging and/or personalizing video lists, and/or other features unique to our VideoShare set-up may require you to register.

Other Information. We collect information volunteered by the consumer, such as survey information and/or site registrations.

If you do not want to receive e-mail, postal mailings or phone calls from us in the future, please let us know by sending us e-mail, calling us or writing to us. Refer to the “Contact Us” section for the contact information.

From time to time, we may use customer information for new, unanticipated uses not previously disclosed in our privacy notice. Registration/Member Data.

Any videos from the Web Site that you embed, upload or copy to any third-party websites may be redistributed through the internet and other media channels, and may be viewed by the general public.

You may have opportunities to express interest in or register for third parties products and services. If you do, we will provide data about you to the third party to implement your request.

You can always decline to submit personally identifiable information through the Web Site, in which case you won’t be able to register, but will still be able to view videos and explore the Web Site and access certain other features.

We may disclose information as reasonably necessary to: (i) satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process, or enforceable government request; (ii) enforce applicable terms of use, including investigation of any potential violations thereof; (iii) detect, prevent or otherwise address fraud, security or technical issues; and (iv) protect against harm to the rights, property, or safety of PhysicalFitnet, the Web Site, or its users as permitted by law.

We may get data from or about you in other ways not specifically described in this statement. For example, you might contact Community Care, or we may get a third party complaint about you. We handle this data like other business records. However, if we tell you elsewhere that specific data is governed by rules that supplement or contradict this statement, those rules trump this statement.

Third-Party Advertisers; Links to Other Sites.

PhysicalFitnet may allow other companies, called third-party ad servers or ad networks to serve advertisements within the Web Site. These third-party ad servers or ad networks send the advertisements and links that appear on the Web Site directly to your browser. These third-party ad servers or ad networks automatically receive your IP address when this happens, and may also use other technologies (including but not limited to cookies, JavaScript, and Web Beacons) to measure the effectiveness of their ads and to personalize their advertising content.

PhysicalFitnet does not provide any personally-identifiable information to these third-party ad servers or ad networks without your consent or except as part of a specific program for which you will have the ability to opt-in/opt-out. However, please note that if an advertiser asks PhysicalFitnet to display an advertisement to a specific audience, and you respond to that advertisement, the third-party ad server or ad network may conclude that you fit the description of such specific audience. The advertiser may also use information regarding your use of the Web Site to determine which ads to send to you.
